Almost everything in the shop is unisex sizing for maximum comfort so you can adventure all day long without adjusting your gear. It will be in the product description, so make sure you read every detail about the clothing. When the apparel is unisex sizing, a general rule of thumb, women can size down 1 size, 2 sizes if you like your apparel fitted.

Yes! There are currently 3 local pick-up options in Oxford County. You can snag your gear at Kintore Coffee Café in downtown Embro, ON, Jarful Refillery in Woodstock ON or at Hometown Style in Ingersoll, ON. But if you spend over $200 there is free shipping across Canada and the USA! A great way to save on shipping is to put in a big order with some buddies!

Bear+Fox is high quality gear with excellent durability. I
want everyone to love their gear as much as I do. If you receive an
order and it’s not exactly what you want, we can exchange or give store
credit within 14 days from fulfillment date so long as the piece is not worn,
washed or damaged. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Otherwise, local exchanges can be arranged on a by order basis.

Yes and no. I offer wholesale pricing with customization, but there are minimum quantities required. There are always different variables to discuss, feel free to shoot me an email and we can chat about what would suit you best.

Typically everything on my website is in stock. I pride myself on a speedy turn around time, and I look to have all orders packed within a 48h time frame. Depending on where you choose to pick up, or if you opted for shipping, the turn around time can range from mere hours to 1 week. If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of placing it online, reach out and we can sort it out. Back order options obviously are not included in the 48h packing time.

After placing an order, check your junk mail as my confirmation and subsequent emails regarding your order often times end up in there!

I typically search for other business owners to participate in my photoshoots to help grow brand awareness for the small towns I call home. That being said, there are occasionally open calls on social media for models. So if you’re following me on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok – you might be lucky enough to see a casting call!

We are currently in the process of being totally Canadian made. We are not only switching to entirely Canadian made products by clearing out our overseas products in our Clearance section - but we are also manufacturing our own products that will be exclusive to Bear+Fox...and we can't wait to show you!

The restock cycle is dependent on multiple variables and isn't set to a specific cycle. One way to help me know what to reorder and keep in stock is by subscribing to a product.

On the product page, simply choose your size and scroll down to the Notify Me button. Once you submit your email, you'll receive an email the moment that item is back in stock.

I actively use these notifications as a tool when placing my orders (so I know what size everyone is looking for, and what products people would like back in stock!)

Congrats! Super stoked for you on your engagement! As much as I'd love to say yes to every request that I receive, it's just not viable.

Bear+Fox does however donate $1 from every order to Canadian conservation. Past recipients of the donation have been Ducks Unlimited, SOARR (Southern Ontario At Risk Reptiles) with the 2024 donor TBD.

Bear+Fox has also donated to local initiatives through the sales of specific products and events totaling over $6000.
